How economical PEBs are when compared to equivalent construction systems in steel?
The price of Pre-Engineered Buildings are almost same as normal brick and mortar if not less but in longer run if you compare these buildings are actually cheaper as they require almost no maintenance or very less maintenance and for long-term contracts, price fluctuations don't matter.
| With these structures, speed is an assured factor and cost savings begin right at the drawing preparation stage. Systems engineering and fabrication methods help reduce interim financing costs through faster construction and minimized field erection expense. Apart from costs, there is an assurance of factory-built quality and uniformity in design and fabrication. What different systems of PEBs your organisation can handle? Is there any size limitation?
Interarch today provides solutions to all Industries from Automotive to retail, large Industrial buildings to hosing. There are no limitations to the sizes of the buildings; all buildings are customized as per usage and application. How easy will it be to dismantle the PEB system and re-erect it at some other location?
Pre-engineered building can be dismantled but not completely, there are few parts which cannot be re-used
What generally are the pre requisites to be provided to you prior to taking up the designing?
Before starting designing we require the building plan and building elevation to understand the scope of work and technical specification of all the material which are required to be used in the building
What different systems are adopted to control the temperature inside a PEB?
There are few solutions available which are utilized to control the temperature inside the buildings, these solution can be placed individually or as combination depending of the temperature required inside the building. Insulation can be placed below the wall and roof to prevent loss of heat and reduce the temperature of the building, also turbo ventilators, louvers and Roof Monitor also helps in reducing the temperature of the buildings.
Can we integrate RCC slabs as mezzanine floors in your system of PEB?
No we cannot integrate RCC slabs in mezzanine floor
What kind of Roofing system you recommend for your kind of PEB system?
We recommend TRACDEK profiles which are available in both ribbed and flat panels to give a variety of finishes for attractive roofing and cladding of domestic, commercial and industrial applications. The profiles are available in the following standard finishes:
- Organic coated pre-painted Galvalume high tensile steel with silicon polyester or fluoropolymer (PVF2) coating.
- Organic coated pre-painted galvanized steel with polyester coating.
- Organic coated pre-painted aluminum with fluoropolymer (PVF2) coating.
- Bare Galvalume and galvanized finishes.
How do you rate your PEB system in terms of Fire Resistance?
Pre-Engineered buildings can be designed for the required fire rating by applying a coat of fire rated paint on the structure of pre-engineered building.
