BE: In what way according to you, construction mechanization can optimize productivity and probably is the only solution to encounter the skill shortage? Indeed, mechanization optimizes productivity however, continuous training and skill upgradation of equipment operating staff is extremely important. Effcient equipment in the hands of an unskilled operator may reduce productivity and can lead to untoward incidents.
